Learning Kingdoms is an educational platform. You may use the Service for personal, educational, and classroom purposes. You may not use the Service for commercial redistribution, scraping, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PIN and account. Learning Kingdoms is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access. Student accounts created by minors require parental or teacher oversight.
Teachers who create class accounts represent that they have authorization from their school or institution to use the Service with students, and that they comply with applicable student privacy laws (FERPA, COPPA) in their jurisdiction.
All learning modules are free to play with no credit card required, no time limits, and no paywalls. Future teacher-facing tools (such as class management or reporting features) may offer optional paid tiers; if that changes, we will communicate it clearly in advance.
The Service displays third-party advertising on adult-facing public pages. No advertising is displayed in the student game area. By using adult-facing pages, you consent to the display of advertisements.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LEARNING KINGDOMS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning Kingdoms's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
