Learning Kingdoms is an educational platform. You may use the Service for personal, educational, and classroom purposes. You may not use the Service for commercial redistribution, scraping, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PIN and account. Learning Kingdoms is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access. Student accounts created by minors require parental or teacher oversight.
Teachers who create class accounts represent that they have authorization from their school or institution to use the Service with students, and that they comply with applicable student privacy laws (FERPA, COPPA) in their jurisdiction.
The Free plan provides access to all learning modules at no cost. Premium features may be available via paid subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to paying subscribers.
The Service displays third-party advertising on adult-facing public pages. No advertising is displayed in the student game area. By using adult-facing pages, you consent to the display of advertisements.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LEARNING KINGDOMS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning Kingdoms's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
